24/Hr Pet Sitting
(This service is charged per 24-hour period.)
This service covers care across a full day and night, including feeding, walks, playtime, home security, cleaning, and overnight presence. While this pet sitting service ensures your pet is well cared for, it does not imply constant supervision unless advised otherwise. Your pet may be left alone for short periods while the sitter attends to other daily commitments, similar to what you might find in dog daycare arrangements.
Best for: Pets who are relaxed, independent, and comfortable being alone for short periods during the stay, making this service suitable for both traditional pet boarding and exotic pet sitting needs.
Night Care
(This service is charged per 12-hour period)
Our Night Care is a premium, dedicated service where your sitter stays with your pet for the full overnight period. We provide up to 12 hours of attentive, in-home care which includes evening and morning routines, overnight supervision, companionship and reassurance. This service is ideal for those who may need additional help beyond dog daycare or during pet boarding.
Your sitter does not leave during this time.
Best for: Pets with anxiety, puppies, seniors, pets with medical needs or pets who require overnight supervision and comfort. This is especially beneficial for pets who may need extra attention similar to dog walking or exotic pet sitting.
Day Care
(This service is charged per 8-hour period)
Our dog daycare offers up to 8 hours of care in your home or ours. Your pet enjoys ample attention, supervision, playtime, feeding, dog walking, toilet breaks, and rest throughout the day.
During this time, your sitter remains with your pet, ensuring they are never alone.
This service is ideal for puppies, senior pets, and those with separation anxiety, as well as for pet owners busy at work who want peace of mind knowing their pet is well cared for. We also provide pet sitting and pet boarding options, including specialized care for exotic pets.
Home Visits
(This service is charged per hour)
Home Visits are short check-ins at your pet's home. These visits are ideal for independent pets who only need feeding, toilet breaks, fresh water, litter changes, or a quick play and cuddle. If you have a cat or small pet who prefers spending time alone, these check-ins are perfect. They require less supervision than what you might find at a dog daycare or during dog walking services.
Best for: Cats and small pets who are more comfortable spending time independently and may benefit from pet sitting services rather than constant supervision. If you're looking for options beyond home visits, consider pet boarding or exotic pet sitting for specialized care.
Dog Walking
(This service is charged per half hour) Professional dog walking is tailored to your dog's individual needs. Our walks are structured, enriching, and focused on safety, making them ideal for dogs who require consistent exercise, mental stimulation, or one-on-one attention. In addition to dog walking, we offer dog daycare services and experienced pet sitting for all sizes and temperaments. Our pet sitters can also handle exotic pet sitting and pet boarding, ensuring your pets are well cared for. We can take on two dogs at a time.
Additional Info
You will not be charged upon booking for services. Please note that for public holidays, a surcharge of 20% will apply. Additionally, a travel fee ranging from $20 to $40 will be charged for bookings over 30km away, which is relevant for our day care and pet boarding services.
We also offer discounts for extended bookings:
10% off for 7 or more consecutive days, 15% off for 14 or more consecutive days, 20% off for 21 or more consecutive days.
