You can expect personalised attentive care tailored to your pets routine and needs. Before your booking, we'll go over feeding, walks, medications ( if any) and any special requirements. During our stay, we monitor behaviour, appetite and overall wellbeing. We make sure you receive regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and happy. 

Each booking is carefully matched based on your pets individual needs, the experience and qualifications of the sitter and availability for your selected dates. We take into account factors such as temperament, routine, medical or behavioural requirements and the level of care needed to ensure the best possible fit. Your pet is placed with a sitter who is well-suited to them rather than assigned at random.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations or changes must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. This can be found in our T&Cs page. Deposits are generally non-refundable, especially for peak periods, as dates are reserved exclusively for your pet. 

However, if your sitter cancels, you will receive the deposit back.

Pricing is based on the type of service, duration, number of pets and any additional care requirements. Our rates take into account fully insured care, thorough screening processes and the experience and training required to safely care for pets of all needs and temperaments. Unlike kennels or casual pet sitters, we prioritise consistency, safety and individual care over volume. This allows us to maintain high standards, limit bookings and provide a level of care designed to give both pets and owners complete peace of mind. 

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the service start date. All payments are invoiced and can be made securely online for your convenience. 

Your pets safety is our top priority. In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately and if necessary, seek veterinary care from your nominated vet or the nearest available clinic. You will be kept informed every step of the way.
