JEDDA Pet Care was founded on a lifelong connection with animals and a deep understanding of what truly exceptional care looks like. My journey began in 2012, guided by two influential women in my life who taught me the importance of calm handling, structured walking, training, and genuine, respectful affection toward pets.
At the heart of JEDDA Pet Care is my dog, Jedda — my childhood and current companion, and the inspiration behind the business name. Caring for Jedda taught me how to build trust, establish routine, and provide balanced, attentive care. Through her, I developed a strong foundation in walking, training, behaviour awareness, and emotional wellbeing values that now define the standard of care I provide to every client.
Raised in a pet-loving family, animals were always part of my everyday life. Over time, I recognised that this passion, paired with my natural attention to detail and reliability, could be shaped into a professional service. I formally began my career by working with some of Australia’s most respected pet sitting services, completing police checks, an accredited dog care course, and studying business to ensure my services were not only caring, but professional and dependable.
I have since completed Pet First Aid and CPR, alongside certifications in Animal Care Studies and Dog Psychology, Training, and Behaviour. These qualifications allow me to provide care that prioritises safety, structure, and emotional comfort tailored to each pet’s individual needs.
